Being clear about scope means you're not waiting on a quote for a job we were never going to take on, and it means the customers we do take on get a workshop that's genuinely set up for their kind of repair — proper preparation, digital colour matching, and a controlled spraybooth, every time.
A practical example: our spraybooth has a fixed working height, which is why mobile homes, high-top vans, and vehicles fitted with ladder racks, fixed satellite antennas or similar tall fittings aren't something we can take on.
If your vehicle needs something outside this list, we'll say so and point you towards the right kind of specialist rather than taking on work we're not set up for.
