1 Book an estimate appointment
Best if the damage needs to be inspected in person or you would like advice before deciding how to proceed.
- Damage that is difficult to photograph clearly
- Possible hidden damage behind a bumper, panel, trim or light
- Multiple damaged areas that will require more than 8 photos to capture properly
- You are considering making an insurance claim
2 Online estimate using photos
Best for clear cosmetic damage where the affected area can be photographed properly.
- Minor paintwork damage
- Minor dents or scrapes
- Cosmetic damage where the full area is visible
- Simple damage where clear photos can show the repair area
If you are unsure which option to choose, book an estimate appointment. It is the safer route where damage may be hidden, awkward to photograph, or affected by panel gaps, broken fittings or impact damage.
Start your estimate request
Enter your name, email address and vehicle registration number, then choose whether you would like to book an appointment or continue with an online estimate.
How to complete the form
First, enter your name, email address and vehicle registration number. Then choose how you would like to proceed.
Book an estimate appointment
If you select this option and click Next, then Submit on the next screen, you will be taken directly to our booking page. Choose a suitable date and time, complete the booking details and click Request now.
Estimate appointments are for inspection and advice only, and usually take around 15 minutes. We will then prepare and send our repair estimate.
Online estimate
If you select this option and click Next, the form will continue and ask for further information, including your contact details, vehicle details, a brief description of the damage, and photographs.
The form allows you to take photos and upload them individually, but it is often easier to take the pictures first and then select multiple files to upload.
Photo guidance for online estimates
Please upload clear photos of the damage. The better the photos, the more accurate the estimate is likely to be.
For online estimates, please include:
- one photo showing the whole vehicle side or area affected
- one photo from a few steps back showing the damaged panel
- close-up photos of the damage
- photos from different angles if the damage changes in the light
- any photos showing broken clips, trims, lights or panel gaps
Avoid photos that are too close, blurry, dark, or taken with strong reflections across the damaged area.
What happens next
If you book an estimate appointment
You will receive confirmation of your booking. When you arrive, we will inspect the vehicle, discuss the damage with you, and advise on the most suitable repair route. Where possible, we will then prepare an estimate after the inspection.
If you request an online estimate
Once you submit the form, your details and photographs will be sent to us so we can review the damage. If the photos and information are clear enough, we will prepare an estimate and send it to you by email.
If we need more information, better photos, or an in-person inspection before pricing the repair, we will let you know.
Important: online estimates are based on the information and photographs supplied. If additional damage is found once the vehicle is inspected or stripped, the final cost may change. For more complex damage, an in-person estimate is usually the better option.
